We work closely with our freight forwarder to import merchandise from Europe and the US and includes the settlement of the cost of goods. This allows us to keep our costs low. Importing merchandise that is subject to import regulations (such as food sanitization, or pharmaceutical goods) is also handled by us.

Our staff attends trade shows or business meetings to assist in translation between the local and Japanese language. Services are available in English, French and Italian.
